Tailored Image is an industry leader in offering unrivalled uniform solutions to clients across a multitude of disciplines. Their clients range from Hotel, restaurant and retail chains right through to government services.

After a number of years of growth, it was time for TailoredImage to get a revamped website and brand. After initial meetings with the owner, staff and designers, we were able to produce a number of designs, layouts and personals that met with the new brand message.

We devised a plan of stages for the development work to be carried out, this allowed us time in between the stages to do some more user testing, as well as functional testing to ensure we were creating a smooth transition from 1 stage to another. Working in this manner, where the user leads the development phase allows us to see flaws, issues and also positives from the design and make alterations accordingly.

We were able to brainstorm with Chris from TailoredImage, and over the course of the next few days, our Branding and Design teams went to work, creating user flows, personas as well as user journeys for the site. After a few iterations we were able to put together HTML interactive wire frames complete with branding for the first design homepage approval, after taking feedback both from TailoredImage and the testing team, we implemented changes to the shopping cart registration and login.

The site is in its final stages of development and should be live soon.
