Sardinia Advisors are the leading UK-based property consultancy firm for buying, renting and selling property in Sardinia. Their management company approached Webtrendz to re brand their website. The company wanted to increase their online impact so that they were better found on search engines.

 

 

They wanted to have a on line presence that they could control. They wanted a bright and exciting site that allows the user to search their portfolio of properties and other information on property investment abroad. They did not want the site to have a "typical estate agent look", more a calming relaxing view of the qualities that are the location of Sardinia.

 

We put together a number of designs and ideologies for the new brand, after a number of meetings and design discussions, we put forward a design that we felt encompassed both their business ethos and the enchanting Italian qualities of Sardinia. Once the design concept had been agreed we worked out how to best allow those at the Sardinia Advisors office to edit the website without negating the look and fee of the site.

 

The site was then built out in PHP and MySQL. We built a Content Management System for them which provides them full access to all areas of the site. We then built in further functionality so users could register, login, search and email enquiries to Sardinia Advisors, but also to add properties to their wish list and add comments.

 

We also built a system that would allow them to edit the site for anywhere in the world, which also open up the opportunity to allow agents to register on the site and then add their own properties into the database.
