Webtrendz nailed it first time!
Webtrendz and Rahim did a great job in understanding what we do and how we do it. We are totally over the moon with the site. Charlene Blake, manager of Superstar Holidays
We love the new website
We are very happy with the work done by Webtrendz. We asked for a website that we could control and update, thats exactly what we got! Dr. Hilarv McDermott, Dr. at Penn Surgery
Penn Surgery Case Studies
Client name: Penn Surgery [visit site]
What we were hired to do?
Branding, Web site design, Content Management System and Search Engine Optimisation
The Penn Surgery, located in the village of Penn & Tylers Green, is part of a group practice; our other practice being The Simpson Centre in Beaconsfield. They have invited Webtrendz to create their online presence. The surgery want to provide their patents with information on all health matters that the surgery cater for but also further information on other health matters and websites.
The surgery is getting a new lease of life at a new location with new buildings and facilities. Penn Doctors wanted the new site to project the new surgery with all its services and assistance to get further help from the NHS Direct website.
We conducted a number of meetings were we gather all the important factors that Penn Doctors as a unit felt were needed for the website. They stated the site would need to be bright and welcoming but also a site that they could edit themselves. We created a number of designs for both the new brand idea and the website layout. After further meetings to discuss the designs Penn Doctors decided upon a Content Management System, with newsletter subscription.
After the introductions and niceties were out of the way, a chap named Rahim Haji, the CEO as well as Senior Web designer decided to take the lead. He began asking questions to all that were present at the meeting, taking notes and also answering questions, he dealt with our enquires very well.
We took a break for tea a while after, and Mr Haji asked if he can use a pc, Paul led him to one he could use. Mr Haji asked Paul to accompany him. At the pc, Mr Haji asks Paul 'what type of questions would you like the site to answer?' Paul looks back and says well all answers would need to be accurate and correct at all times, I don't think we would want that. Mr Haji then turns to the pc, where he has created a little form on a page in the minutes they have been in front of that pc.
He says to Paul, 'I have a back ache, so I will type that in' when he clicks search the answers are brought back on the NHS Direct website regarding back pain! I remember hearing Paul say 'That's Fantastic, that's great can we have that on the site!!' I would say that's when we knew that Webtrendz would be able to create what we wanted for our website. "
Commenting on the new design, Dr. Hilarv McDermott stated:
We love the new website, it looks great and exciting. We are very happy with the work done by Webtrendz, they were recommended to us from one of our partners as a very good set of designers, who can do what you ask them to and can do it without too much fuss. To be honest we did not believe this when we were told, but we invited Webtrendz down to the surgery to discuss how they could help us.
