Health. If this is not the case, then please contact our office to discuss
your situation.
- If you wish for a Single Life to be quoted, enter one set of details.
For Joint Lives, select the 'Joint' option and complete both sections.
- Tell us about the Type of Cover that you want. Enter a figure for the
term (the period for which insurance is required) in whole years, and the
amount of cover needed (in Pounds). We currently provide quotations for
Term Assurance - other products will follow soon.
- Press the Get Quote button - then wait a few seconds for Your
Quotation to be processed and returned to you On-Line.

- You will then be invited to give your name and e-mail address. Click
'proceed' and the system will generate a Personalised Illustration and key
features document which should always be read. These documents are delivered in
'pdf' format (please note that it takes a few seconds for this to download to
your machine. If the screen appears blank, then press 'refresh').
- You may then download a Proposal form (also in pdf formats). Please complete
the printed proposal, and mail it back to your selected Financial Intermediary -
their address will be shown at the end of the form.
